What areas do you serve?
We serve Portland, Milwaukie, Happy Valley, Oregon City, Clackamas, Gresham, Gladstone, Damascus, Sandy, Troutdale, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tigard, Bull Mountain, and Tualatin.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every quote starts with a free, in-person roof check. We don't give remote bids off photos or satellite images — we come out and look at your actual roof first.
Does someone walk the roof with me during the estimate?
No. For liability reasons, Jesse looks the roof over himself rather than walking it together with the customer. He reports back to you directly afterward, with photos, and follows up with your quote.
What is your eco-friendly moss treatment?
It's a gentle, US-made treatment with no zinc, no bleach, and no peroxide. It's designed to be safe for your roof, and it keeps working even if it starts raining shortly after we apply it.
Do you always hand-brush the roof?
No. Treatment is our standard approach on nearly every job. Hand-brushing is used only in the specific spots where it's actually needed, not as a default step.
What roof types do you work on?
Composition (asphalt shingle) roofs are our primary focus. We also clean metal roofs when conditions are dry and hot, typically in summer, and we service tile and cedar roofs, including roofs with solar panels installed.
How soon can you get to my roof?
Same-day jobs are available depending on the schedule. Most of the time we're booked out about a week in advance, so it helps to reach out before you're in a hurry.
Do I need to be home for the roof check or the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to water, gates are unlocked, and windows and skylights are closed, we can complete the work without you present.
What do I need to do to prepare?
Please move vehicles out from under the eaves and keep people and pets inside during treatment. Make sure we have water access, gates are unlocked, and windows and skylights are closed.
Can you give me an exact arrival time?
Not an exact one. Between multiple jobs in a day and Portland traffic, we can't commit to a specific arrival window — but we're happy to call or text a heads-up if you ask.
Do you offer other services besides roof cleaning?
Yes. We also offer driveway sealing, leaf-drop and gutter guard installation, and gutter service.
What if I want to get other bids?
We price-match fully legal competitors — companies with an active CCB license, workers' compensation coverage, and a chemical operator license. We're glad to point you toward two other legitimate companies so you can get three bids and compare.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer payment plans and accept all forms of payment.
